Caitlin, or 'Caitie', initially pursued her interests in exercise and fitness at Montana State University in Bozeman Montana, where she obtained her bachelor's in Kinesiology. From there she pursued her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Plymouth State University. Since then she has been practicing in a variety of settings and further progressed her education with certificates in vestibular and concussion rehabilitation and dry-needling. Outside of PT, Caitlin is an avid skier, outdoorswoman, and sourdough baker, but she mostly enjoys spending time with her husband, Blake, and dog, Ethyl.
